Benjamin is currently based in Kohima. He has an MA in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics. As a Fellow at Teach For India, he taught Grades 6-10 in a low income private school in Hyderabad. He was also a Policy in Action Fellow at YLAC under which he worked on a research project for Congress MP and Spokesperson, Rajeev Gowda. He has also worked with other non-profit organisations in Delhi and Nagaland.
Currently based in Dublin (Ireland), Michelle is an external member on the Trócaire Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group. She is also a Committee Member for Right for Education Foundation, a non-profit advocating for access to tools and knowledge to empower communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to this, she worked with various non-profit organisations and educational institutions in Ireland, India, and Uganda.
Michelle was an Erasmus Mundus scholar at the University College Dublin where she completed a Masters Degree in Sustainability; she also has an MSW from TISS, Mumbai.
